What counts as a user?
A user is a named person with access to Loresse. Digital twins are configured per role and belong to the organization, not to a seat — so a twin continues to hold captured knowledge after a person moves on.
What happens above 15 users on Silver?
Silver covers up to 15 users. Beyond that, Gold removes the user cap and adds organization-level twins, C-suite oversight and managed services. Talk to us about Gold.
Can we trial before committing?
